easier day…

Work was easier this morning – plenty of tidying and not much lifting.  Was less tired afterwards, but still didn’t do much in the afternoon.

Food:

3am coffee 25 cal

6am coffee & cereal (less cereal and I think its plenty) 250 cal

10am  coffee and apple 75 cal

12pm tuna & bean salad 300 cal

4pm 2 sml vitawheats w/ vegemite 150 cal

6.45pm stuffed baby capsicums 500

later coffee 25 cal

total 1350

I have got to say that I have been feeling hungry all day for the last two days.  Don’t know whats up with that.  Also thinking about an icecream right now….hopefully it stays at just thinking.  I made stuffed baby capsicums for dinner tonight – the first time I have made them.  They were delicious and I will be making them again.

Work again tomorrow morning.

    Yum! stuffed capsicums! Did you stuff them with rice or meat? (or something else entirely?) Kat, you love your coffee! You drink as many coffees in one day as I do in 2 weeks. LOL! :D

      Stuffed them with lean minced beef, diced onions, bread crumbs two eggs and salt & pepper.

      I just can’t seem to cut my coffee intake. At the moment I am so tired sometimes that it is the only thing that is keeping me going.lol. have been even too tired to blog…. will get back onto that shortly.
